1. About Algo Pilates

Algo Pilates provides Pilates classes, private sessions, semi-private sessions, workshops, and related fitness services through its studio locations in Dubai.

Our services are subject to availability, instructor schedules, studio capacity, package conditions, and the booking rules described on this page.

2. Class Bookings

All Pilates sessions must be reserved through the official Algo Pilates booking platform or website using an eligible and active package.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment or package allocation has been completed.

Clients are responsible for checking their booking details, including the date, time, session type, and studio location, before attending.

Walk-in attendance may be accepted when space is available, but advance booking is recommended.

3. Arrival and Late Attendance

Clients should arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session.

For safety, studio organisation, and consideration of other participants, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to join the session.

A late arrival may therefore be treated as a missed session and may not qualify for a replacement or credit.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule a group, private, or semi-private Pilates session must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be treated as used sessions.

Clients are responsible for cancelling or changing their bookings through the applicable booking system within the permitted timeframe.

This policy helps us manage limited studio capacity and provide availability to other clients.

5. Waitlist Policy

When a Pilates class reaches capacity, clients may have the option to join the waiting list.

If a place becomes available sufficiently in advance, the booking system may automatically allocate the available space to a waiting-list client.

Where a place becomes available close to the session time, Algo Pilates may contact eligible clients directly.

Clients who no longer wish to attend should remove themselves from the waiting list as soon as possible.

Joining a waiting list does not guarantee a place in the class.

6. Pilates Packages and Session Validity

Pilates packages are subject to the validity period and conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Clients are responsible for using their allocated sessions before the applicable expiry date.

Once a package has expired, unused sessions may not be reinstated unless Algo Pilates has expressly approved an extension.

Where a new package of the same type is purchased before the existing package expires, any applicable extension will be determined according to the package terms.

Promotional packages, introductory offers, trial packages, and special campaigns may have separate validity and usage conditions.

7. Package Transfers

Pilates packages are normally assigned to the individual who purchased them and cannot be shared between clients.

In exceptional circumstances, Algo Pilates may consider a one-time transfer of unused sessions to another person.

Any transfer is subject to prior approval and may require the new participant to complete the applicable registration and waiver requirements.

Algo Pilates reserves the right to decline a transfer request where the package terms do not permit it.

8. Payments

All applicable payments must be completed before participation in a session unless otherwise agreed by Algo Pilates.

Where online payment is available, accepted payment methods and applicable currencies will be displayed during the booking or checkout process.

Clients should retain their payment confirmation or receipt for their records.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their account and payment information is kept secure.

9. Refund Policy

Pilates classes, private sessions, and semi-private sessions are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is approved under the applicable refund conditions.

Where a client becomes medically unable to continue participating, Algo Pilates may consider a refund request upon receipt of appropriate medical documentation.

Approved medical refunds may be subject to an administrative charge of AED 90, and any previously used sessions may be recalculated according to the applicable single-session rate.

Promotional, discounted, introductory, trial, and special offer packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution, and may take up to 45 days.

10. Health and Medical Disclosure

Pilates is a physical activity and participation involves physical movement.

Before your first session, you may be required to complete a registration and waiver form.

You must inform your instructor about any relevant injury, medical condition, physical limitation, pregnancy, or other circumstance that could affect your ability to participate safely.

Algo Pilates instructors may modify or recommend avoiding certain exercises where appropriate, but clients remain responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their physical condition.

If you are unsure whether Pilates is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

11. Personal Safety During Sessions

Clients must follow reasonable instructions provided by Algo Pilates instructors and studio staff during sessions.

Exercises should be performed according to the instructor's guidance and within the client's own physical ability.

Clients should immediately inform the instructor if they experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual physical symptoms during a session.

Algo Pilates may decline participation or recommend that a client seek appropriate medical advice where there is a reasonable safety concern.

12. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting the studio.

Algo Pilates is not responsible for belongings that are lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged on studio premises.

Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to your session.

13. Mobile Phones and Studio Etiquette

To maintain a calm and focused Pilates environment, mobile phones should be placed on silent or airplane mode during sessions.

If you need to take an urgent call, please leave the studio area where possible.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other participants.

Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session or restriction of future bookings.

14. Studio Access and Service Changes

Class schedules, instructors, session formats, studio locations, operating hours, and availability may change from time to time.

Algo Pilates may modify, postpone, cancel, or reschedule a session where necessary due to operational requirements, instructor availability, maintenance, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, affected clients will be notified of significant changes.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the Algo Pilates website is accurate and up to date.

However, class schedules, prices, package availability, instructors, promotions, and other service information may change without prior notice.

Website content should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a guarantee of a particular physical, health, or fitness result.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content published on the Algo Pilates website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, videos, page designs, and other materials, belongs to Algo Pilates or its respective content owners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.

17. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotional packages and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including specific validity periods, eligibility requirements, booking restrictions, or non-refundable terms.
