Complimentary Community Mat Class – Free Studio Session

1. Eligibility:

   This offer is exclusively available to first-time visitors to ALGO Pilates Studio.

2. One-Time Offer:

   Each individual is entitled to one complimentary Community Mat Class only. Multiple bookings or repeated redemption of the free session are not permitted.

3. No Duplicate Registrations:

   Customers cannot register multiple times using different email addresses, phone numbers, or accounts to claim additional free sessions.

4. No Family Member Registrations:

   The offer is strictly personal and cannot be claimed again through family members or other individuals on behalf of a customer who has already redeemed the offer.

5. Advance Booking:

   Advance booking is mandatory and subject to class availability. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a place.

6. Location:

   The complimentary class is redeemable only at ALGO Pilates DIP Studio.

7. Non-Transferable:

   The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows:

   Customers are requested to cancel or reschedule in advance if they cannot attend. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future complimentary bookings.

9. Arrival:

   Customers should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has started.

10. Health & Safety:

    Customers must inform the studio of any relevant injuries or physical limitations before participating and follow the instructor's guidance.

11. Fraudulent or Duplicate Claims:

    ALGO Pilates reserves the right to reject duplicate or suspected misuse of the offer and verify eligibility before confirming a booking, subject to applicable laws.

12. Changes to Offer:

    ALGO Pilates reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer, subject to applicable laws.
